Your staff keep selling in Shopify POS as usual. The app adds who made each sale and what it means for their pay.
A small POS extension reports each completed sale, return and exchange with the staff member pinned in POS. A home-screen tile shows staff their own sales and commission.
One store rate, or rules per staff member, product, collection or product type: a percent of the sale or a fixed amount per item. The most specific rule wins.
Returns, refunds of items and cancelled orders take back exactly what that line earned. Orders are re-checked every 10 minutes, so nothing slips through.
Weekly, every two weeks, twice a month or monthly. See what each person earned in a closed period and mark it as paid. You pay through payroll; the app never moves money.
An opt-in ranking by credited sales for the pay period, in the app and on the POS tile. Hide anyone who prefers not to be on it.
Pay a bonus percent when someone's month reaches a target, set rates per location, and hand each person a statement as PDF or CSV.

Questions merchants ask
How does the app know who made a sale?
Shopify only lets apps read the staff member on an order on Shopify Plus and Advanced stores, after Shopify enables it. So the app adds a POS extension instead: while POS is open it reports each completed sale with the staff member pinned in POS (or the staff member the cart was credited to). It works on every Shopify plan with POS.
What if a sale was made on a device without the tile?
The app also checks your POS orders. A POS sale nobody reported shows up under “Sales without a staff member”, where you credit it to the right person (or mark it as no commission) in one click.
How is commission worked out?
On each order line's price after every discount, with or without tax (your choice), for the items still sold after returns, or a fixed amount per item. Shipping and tips never earn commission. The rate is fixed when the sale is recorded, so changing a rule never rewrites past sales.
Does the app pay my staff?
No. It keeps the ledger: what each person earned, clawbacks, adjustments and the payouts you mark as paid. You pay commission through your payroll as usual.
Is this an affiliate or referral app?
No. It's for your own employees selling in your store with Shopify POS. There are no referral links, discount codes or outside partners.
What data about my customers does the app read?
None. It reads order numbers, dates, payment status, the POS location and the order lines' amounts. No customer names, emails or addresses are requested or stored.
